ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in our Bangkok office. The role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions by gathering requirements, drafting user stories, and ensuring successful project delivery across diverse teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, goals, and challenges.
• Conducting workshops, interviews, and analysis to gather and refine detailed requirements.
• Translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partnering with technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of solutions.
• Managing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending effective solutions.
• Providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders on progress and risks.
