ABOUT THE ROLE

The Statrys staffs are based across Hong Kong and Bangkok offices, they are mixed of Windows and MacBook users. Moreover, we have set up hardware and software configured across location to protect end users from cyber threat.

This role covers day to day work monitoring devices and helping internal users on the technical front.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Offer level one support with laptop setups during onboarding and reset on off boarding employees
• Offer level one support to internal user with Windows and MacBook devices
• Perform hardware and software installations (workstations, laptops, printers and office network devices)
• Monitor office internet firewall to learn from user behaviour and improve rules to block sensitive internet access
• Keep user laptops antivirus scanning up to date. Mitigate impacted users with any potential virus threats
• Maintain and update list of email security gateway rules to protect internal users from threat deliveries through emails
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and softwares
