ABOUT THE ROLE
The Product Content Writer and Business Expansion Officer will play a crucial role in analyzing and communicating the value of our financial solutions to potential and existing customers.
This role requires a deep understanding of Statrys’ offerings, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to compare our products with those of competitors. Your mission is to create clear, engaging, and factual content that highlights our advantages and helps users make informed decisions.
You will also assist the Business Expansion Manager in his tasks related to the preparation of data, documentation and decks for his work with partners and regulators
Key Responsibilities
- Business Expansion
- Work across departments to collect necessary data and prepare documents for partners and regulators
- Engage with potential and existing partners to help improve Statrys’ product offering
- Product Analysis:
- Develop a deep understanding of Statrys’ products, services, and value proposition.
- Conduct competitive analyses to stay up-to date on market trends, identify the strengths and weaknesses of our offerings relative to competitors.
- Content Creation:
- Create in-depth product guides, feature comparisons, and case studies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- User Engagement:
- Design content that directly addresses user pain points and questions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader engagement goals and brand tone and use analytics and user feedback to assess the effectiveness of content and iterate accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in product content writing, technical writing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fintech, financial services, or SaaS products (experience in the payments or banking space is a plus).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.
- Open and analytical mindset with the ability to conduct thorough research and present findings effectively.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, problem-solving attitude and willingness to work on a wide range of subjects.
